Tamara brings more than two decades experience in real estate to her role as CEO. Prior to Alchemy Global Advisors she worked as an advisor to private clients concentrating on cash flowing value-add assets. Paramount is her dedicated stewardship of investor’s capital and implementing market strategies to minimize risk and capture higher returns by offering creative asset optimization models. Tamara is committed to creating projects that elevate and inspire through an amalgam of design, functionality and enhanced quality of life, these are the attributes of successful projects. Experience has taught her that the underwriting process includes an informed analysis of the individual components and how they collaborate to maximize returns. The genesis of investing is mastery of equity objectives for alignment with a project’s life cycle. She is dedicated to providing exemplary boutique service for her clients. Tamara creates partnerships with strategic business allies to fortify a project’s success. A seasoned entrepreneur owning her first business at 18, she understands the commitment requisite for sustainability. Leveraging her real estate experience with the financial services industry she formed Alchemy Global Advisors in 2016. Tamara is an active member of FINRA and holds the following securities licenses series 7, 24, 66 and 3. She is a recurring speaker at Family Office Forums, in Dubai, New York and Miami. Tamara has a passion for philanthropy; she serves on the board of a New York City Charter School and is most grateful for her role as mentor to high school students in the competitive scholastic FASTTRACK program.

His apprenticeship began in 1974 with the family owned construction business, Belgiovine Construction Group established in 1967 by Vince’s father Giuseppe Belgiovine. His father instilled in him adherence to these fundamental principles, as well as an uncompromising commitment to upstanding moral behavior, that distinguished Belgiovine Construction Group from its peers. During his tenure the firm was named one of the 50 fastest growing companies in New Jersey with experience encompassing mixed-use complexes, industrial parks, office buildings, medical buildings, institutional facilities, entertainment & sports arenas hospitality and multifamily.
Recognizing changes in the banking and construction industries Vince left the family business in 1996. Continually moving forward Vince channeled his experience and passion for real estate to form The Bristol Group in 1998. Vince understands that maximum profit is created by structuring and designing the project to enrich the area, encompass components to maximize returns, an emphasis on minimizing risks as well as creating multiple exist strategies. Vince applies this methodology to project origination and pre-development entitlements on mixed-use projects encompassing retail, office, hospitality, multi-family and industrial. The Bristol Group has been involved in over $2 Billion dollars of strategic real estate development in the Americas and Europe.
In 2016, Vince joined Alchemy Global Advisors as Chief Operating Officer , correlating experience with international deal flow he runs the firms investment portfolio. He focuses on creating turnkey real estate projects through project origination, acquisition structure, pre-development design, entitlement phase, and strategic partner alignment.
Greg joins Alchemy Global Advisors as VP of U.S. Business Development, he will support the firm’s operations directive. He brings over two decades of leadership and experience focused on developing and delivering industrial management and marketing services to streamline logistics and increase revenues. He analyzes the business model to create alignment with customers and integration of measurable targeted growth initiatives. Servicing manufacturing and logistic companies to capture new markets and optimizing vertical integration to increase sales in the hundreds of millions. His experience includes patent acquisition, procurement of products in domestic and international markets, facilities development, securing lease agreements of over 1.5 million sqft, design build dedicated transportation lanes, portfolio expansion for build to suit and spec industrial properties, entitlements for approximately 300 acres and 3 million sqft of industrial space, brownfields sites and securing public funds. Greg is a disciplined team player creating world class processes to automate, maintain and grow companies effectively. He is a passionate about martial arts and holds a Lifetime Discipline Black Belt.
Ingegnere Sergio Landi, has earned degrees from the University of Napoli and the University of Salerno for architecture and engineering. Beginning his career in 1978, Sergio has been involved in all aspects of the real estate and construction business and he is well versed in the technical study of structural design. His experience covers all asset classes encompassing residential, commercial, educational, sports and industrial engineering. He operates in both the public and private sectors in the capacity of engineer, architect and urban planner. Sergio brings more than 40 years of direct experience in project management, overseeing multi-million-euro development and construction projects. Based in Rome and Salerno, Italy, Sergio joined Alchemy Global Advisors in 2017 as Managing Director of European Development; where he is responsible for sourcing development opportunities for hospitality, family entertainment, mixed-use developments and high-density parking solutions. He leads the project teams in integrating design and construction as well as the overall accountability for developing procurement strategies. Sergio, oversees all service groups assisting project teams from inception through completion encompassing contract preparation and negotiations, staffing assignments, project financial monitoring, including development, asset/property management, project management and strategic planning. In his leisure time Sergio is devoted to his passion for inline skating. He is an accomplished inline skater competing in international competitions all over the world.
Karen joins Alchemy Global Advisors as Director of Hospitality Acquisitions & Development Western Europe. Based in the Costa Del Sol, she is responsible for developing relationships with stakeholders in the tourism and hospitality sector in Southern Spain, South of France and Principauté de Monaco. She is a career entrepreneur, beginning her as a fashion model she traveled the world and walking the runway for the most coveted designers and graced the covers of international magazines. Combining her eye for fashion and business sense, Karen launched a private label fashion brand where she designed, manufactured and sold her innovative designs to major retailers. Influenced by her passion for culture, the arts, philanthropy, and architecture she relocated to Spain. Karen’ generous spirt and passion for the arts has places her at the center of Western Europe’s cosmopolitan society. Never one to be idle, Karen expanded her passion for travel and visiting the world’s most luxurious hotels and villas into a lucrative career in real estate. Focusing on the premier property market, she has cultivated a brand synonymous with a luxurious lifestyle, exceptional service, and attention to detail. Specializing in properties across Europe with an emphasis in architecture, building design and revenue streams; Karen has managed and sold elite properties in the hundreds of millions of euros. Her market knowledge and dedication ensure her clients are provided with an incredibly professional real estate experience.
Charles serves as Broker/Chief Executive Officer of Alchemy Global Realty Group, Inc. Mr. Scimeca participates in the overall management of the company’s business. His role focuses on implementation of strategic business plans involving equity and debt financing, acquisitions, mergers, exit strategies and the establishment of strategic partnerships where appropriate.
His Real Estate career spans over three decades, being involved in transactions with such notable clients as JMB Realty, Equitable Life Insurance, Major Realty, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, D&E Global Investors, Realty Management Company and others.
His real estate career led him to extensive knowledge and expertise in reverse mergers with private and public companies.
