Our team has over 40 years experience structuring unsubordinated ground leases representing over 10 million SF of credited single tenant office, retail, and industrial properties. Our financial partners and strategic qualified investors actively pursue opportunities where a sale leaseback structure creates growth capital for qualified sellers seeking alternative financing structures. Our underwriting teams quickly assess transactions, we fund up to 70% of the lesser value of costs or appraised value of the asset. Backed by our financial partners and investors we self-fund transactions from $5 million to $150 million.
