Our financial partners and strategic qualified investors actively pursue opportunities where a sale leaseback structure creates growth capital for qualified sellers seeking alternative financing structures. Our underwriting teams quickly assess transactions, we fund up to 70% of the lesser value of costs or appraised value of the asset. Backed by our financial partners and investors we self-fund transactions from $5 million to $150 million.
